As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the US market, understanding their business needs, and offering effective SEO & Google My Business (GMB) solutions to help them grow their online presence and generate more leads. This is a night shift position aligned with US time zones, offering excellent earning potential through a combination of base salary and performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers
• Present and promote SEO & GMB campaign services in a clear and professional manner
• Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and conversions
• Perform timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

• Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or outbound sales (international campaign preferred)
• Strong spoken English with a neutral or clear accent
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
• Comfortable working night shifts (US Eastern / Pacific Time)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of SEO & GMB campaigns will be an advantage
