Introduction

Welcome to Inlinkers CX. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) are applicable to your use and access to our services, web site, programs and any other products that Inlinkers CX provides in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Through the use or access of our services, you will abide and be subject under these Terms. In case you do not like any of the Terms mentioned, then you will be obliged not to use our services. The Terms cover all clients, users, visitors and any persons who deal with Inlinkers CX, online or with the offline.

Scope of Services

The customer experience (CX) services offered by Inlinkers CX focus on professional customer experience (CX) services and hence include, but are not limited to:

• Contact center solutions and call center solutions
• Customer service (through various platforms: phone, email, chat, social media)
• CX consulting and process optimization
• Customer service training and customer service workshops

These Terms apply to all of the services, both directly and through third-party platforms and they are aimed at making proper, safe and efficient use of our services.

User Responsibilities

Users who access Inlinkers CX services concur to:

• Be honest, full and current in information when using services, opening accounts or communicating with our team.
• Legally use our services and in accordance with all the laws and regulations and ethics.
• Avoid any actions that may interfere, harm or disrupt our systems, networks and access to services of other users.
• Do not violate intellectual property, confidentiality and privacy of other people when using our services.

A non-observance of such duties can lead to the interim ban or the final denial of our services.

Accounts and Access

Part of our services will involve account or credential creation by the user. Your exclusive duties are:

• Storing account usernames, passwords and access credentials in secrecy.
• Everything done in your account with or without your permission.
• Reporting any unauthorized access or suspicious activity of your account to Inlinkers CX.

To keep the Terms of Use and Suspension If we are aware of abuse, violation of Terms, or suspicious activity we have the right to suspend or cancel the account.

Payment and Billing

Where the service applies, service fees are conditionalized in written contracts with customers. The payments have to be completed and as per the agreed payments schedule. Failure to pay, or pay late or unresolved payment can lead to the suspension, the denial of service, or legal prosecution to make up the money owed. Any financial data is securely and confidentially processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Third-party service providers are out of our control and therefore we are not liable to any errors in payment.

Intellectual Property

Copyright and other relevant laws protect all the content, materials, logos, designs, trademarks and other intellectual property offered by Inlinkers CX. Users are not permitted to:

• Make copies, share, or alter any material without the written permission.
• Commercialization of intellectual property against the agreed services.
• Destroy, conceal, or modify any proprietary notices on materials offered by Inlinkers CX.

Violation of intellectual property that belongs to us can lead to legal consequences, including damages liability.

Limitation of Liability

Inlinkers CX will not be liable to the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Indirect, incidental, or other losses incurred as a result of utilizing or failure to utilize our services.
• Damages incurred due to third party applications, external links or any other content that is beyond our control.
• One-time service outages or errors, such as technical failures or operation errors.

You agree that you received all the services as it is and that you will use them at your risk. Although we aim at ensuring high standards of service delivery, we do not give any warranty or guarantee except what is clearly outlined in service agreements.

Privacy and Data Protection

You should use the Inlinkers CX services according to our Privacy Policy. Using our services, you agree to the collection, storage and processing of personal information in line with the existing legislation on data protection in Saudi Arabia. We utilize the highest security standards to ensure the security of personal and sensitive information and insist on third-party partners who play a role in the delivery of services to follow the same level of data protection.

Termination

Inlinkers CX may at any time, without any prior notice, suspend or terminate use of services due to such reasons as but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse or unauthorized abuse of services.
• Illegal or unethical practices.
• The non-payment or breach of service agreement.

Termination has no impact on obligations which have preceded termination such as payment obligations and confidentiality agreements.

Third-Party Services

The third-party applications, platforms, or vendors may be involved in some services. Although Inlinkers CX has affiliations with reputable providers, their actions, performance and content are not in our responsibility. Third-party services have their terms of use and you are advised to read them thoroughly before using them.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are guided by and interpreted in the light of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any conflicting situations between and in connection to these Terms, services, or your dealings with Inlinkers CX shall be resolved in the competent Saudi courts unless the opposite is expressed in writing.

Updates to Terms

We might update such Terms from time to time to accommodate any changes in services or relevant laws, or operational practices. Revised Terms shall be made available on our website and the fact that you still continue using our services shall mean that you have accepted the revised Terms.
